Awarded in 2018, 2022 and 2023
The highest dealership honour presented by Toyota Material Handling, recognizing exceptional customer satisfaction and overall dealership performance. Industrial Truck Service became the first Canadian dealership to receive this award in 2018 and earned it for two consecutive award years in 2022 and 2023.

Our Certifications
Setting the Standard Through Toyota ASEC
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the equipment we sell. Through Toyota’s After Sales Service Evaluation & Certification (ASEC) program, we continually evaluate and improve our processes to deliver safer, more efficient, and more dependable service.
Rooted in Toyota’s philosophy of Kaizen, or continuous improvement, the program encourages our teams to challenge existing practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain high standards throughout our operations.
Industrial Truck Service became the first forklift dealership in Canada to achieve Toyota ASEC certification in 2017. Our Winnipeg team continued that commitment with recertifications in 2020 and 2023.
Our Regina team expanded the ASEC program into Saskatchewan, earning certification in 2021. Despite the challenges of completing much of the process remotely, the team demonstrated exceptional dedication to meeting Toyota's standards.
