And now for something completely different!
Every so often we get something into the shop that you don't see every day. Maybe it's an all-terrain lift truck, a monster container handler, or a turret truck. Those usually turn heads because they're something different and a little out of the ordinary.
But did you know that with Toyota you can pick your own colours for your forklift? Well a customer asked about it and we were happy to deliver.
Fresh from the factory, we give you:
PINK!
There's an extra cost to this of course as Toyota has to run it through a special paint line, swap out spray guns/heads, etc... but wow, what an impact!
Every single person who walked into the shop the day this arrived exclaimed "Whoa! That's PINK!"
And they were right.
So if you ever want your forklift to shine in your company colours or just something that will really stand out, ask about it the next time you're placing an order. You might just be able to get your favorite colour for your favorite forklift!
One note on this build: if the customer had wanted to close in the battery compartment with side panels and not see the battery/protect it from accidental intrusion, there is the option for battery compartment panels as well. So this could have been more pink.
