Putting Customer Service First
Like most industries, we at Industrial Truck Service in the material handling world had a pretty interesting 2025. We weathered some pretty interesting stuff with the border, worldwide disruptions of supply chains, and everything else that happened last year.
Maybe more importantly though we kept investing in our people and like usually happens: it paid off.
In particular our Customer Service and Sales (CSS) team really pulled out the stops, with new additions and a continued focus on the basics that have grounded our branches in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, and Regina since the beginning. That ongoing focus is what lets us really deliver for you our customers, and is something that Toyota likes to see and recognize as well.
So for 2025 we at Industrial Truck Service are proud to have earned the Toyota CSS Excellence Award (like we have in the past). Toyota gives these to dealers that have consistently shown dedication to actively engaging with customers, continuous improvement and training, market share, and maintaining a dedicated team of CSS Representatives who go over and above for our customers.
