Industrial Truck Service Wins Toyota Awards!

Why settle when you can excel?

We're no stranger to awards, like our recent post about our latest Toyota President's Award. There's actually enough of them to fill a good sized wall if we collected them altogether. This year was a little different though, and we wanted to recognize it especially.

2023 was a big year for us, with many challenges overcome and new faces welcomed to Industrial Truck Service. All of us have continually strived to set the standard that other forklift companies measure against and we’ve seen the results of that with our customers continued loyalty and the trust they place in us.

This dedication is something that Toyota has noticed over the years and 2023 was no different. Last year Toyota recognized the work we’re doing to stand out from all the other Toyota Material Handling North America dealers. And as they’ve done before they’ve chosen to award a few places in particular where we stand out from the crowd.

We’ve been awarded:

• The Toyota President’s Award. Only handed out to 15 dealerships, this is the highest award that Toyota can hand out. We’ve won it a total of three times now, twice in a row for 2022 and 2023.
• Customer Sales and Service (CSS) Excellence: recognizing exemplary customer service from our team.
• Parts Excellence: recognizing ongoing superior and effective parts operations.

The credit for all of this belongs with our entire team. Each person in each department has contributed to the level of service we can provide to our customers, and each day brings new challenges to overcome and new things to learn. The dedication and hard work of our entire team shines through in our work and this exceptional standard is one that can be seen even beyond the borders of our two provinces.
