Industrial Truck Service Wins Toyota President’s Award Again!

Third time's the charm

We're happy to announce that we at Industrial Truck Service Ltd. have once again taken one of the top spots in Toyota's awards.

This year's announcement from Toyota Material Handling lets the world know which of their dealers are truly a cut above the rest, honoring those that perform at the highest levels in parts, service, equipment sales, finance, customer satisfaction, and overall operations. This marks the third occasion that Industrial Truck Service has earned this coveted award, and second year in a row!

Bill Finerty (Toyota Material Handling's President and CEO) said this about the winners: “The President's Award is the pinnacle of recognition at Toyota, reserved for those who exemplify superior dedication to providing customer service and Solutions. Toyota Material Handling dealers have a long standing reputation for going above and beyond for their customers, and these dealers represent the best of the company's customer service standards.”

Back in 2018 we here at Industrial Truck Service were proud to be the first Canadian dealer to earn this award from Toyota. In 2023 we were happy to lay full credit for this feat on the shoulders of our outstanding teams in Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon. Working together through the day to day operations with customer service in mind ensures that we keep our customers running and happy to see our Technicians in their operations.

Today in 2024 we're proud to say that our team has continued that level of excellence to earn us this coveted award for a second consecutive year.
