This year's announcement from Toyota Material Handling lets the world know which of their dealers are truly a cut above the rest, honoring those that perform at the highest levels in parts, service, equipment sales, finance, customer satisfaction, and overall operations. This marks the second occasion that Industrial Truck Service has earned this coveted award!

Toyota Material Handling forklift dealers have a longstanding reputation for consistently going above and beyond for our customers. These dealers represent the best of the best, and we’re proud to honor them and their commitment to excellent customer service.”
Back in 2018 we here at Industrial Truck Service were proud to be the first Canadian dealer to earn this award from Toyota, and full credit goes to our outstanding teams in Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon. Working together through the day to day operations with customer service in mind ensures that we keep our customers running and happy to see our Technicians in their operations.
Implementing programs like Toyota's ASEC (After Sales Service Evaluation & Certification), Lean and Kaizen philosophies, and simply striving to always do better are part of the foundation of Industrial Truck Service's success both in the past and moving into the future as we embrace new skills and technology to better help our customers prosper and succeed in their ventures.
What's next for Industrial Truck Service?
With Winnipeg in the process of recertifying for ASEC for 2023 and Regina up for the same next year, we look to the future as we welcome new team members, new business opportunities, and future challenges to overcome. We're looking to reach 100% ASEC certification in 2025 with the addition of our Saskatoon branch to the program, and welcome all of your to join us along the way.
